The Saina is a great place to stay if one wants to know the "real" Delhi. Located in a popular neighbourhood, the team goes beyond duty to make the guest feel comfortable and to deliver a good service. We used Saina as our base during a long trip India/Buthan and they kept our luggage for us, served meals at almost any hour, helped with taxis, money exchange, etc. Always with a smile and a "yes, of course" in their faces. Very much recommended.

This hotel looked slightly better from the pictures. We got a room without windows so it was humid and we needed to sleep with the air con on just to have some air. The toilet and the shower had no separation so the bathroom was flooded every time we took a shower. No breakfast available. The asked us to pay the check out on cash only.

I booked this Hotel for two nights the Hotel is at very convenient location walking distance from R k Ashram metro station and New delhi Railway station. The stay was very comfortable with running Hot water. They also had a travel Desk at the reception which was very help full for arranging me a delhi sightseen for family. Thanks a lot for making my stay comfortable.😊

Very poor hotel. Rooms and lobby are very dirty . No cleanness in room and surrounding. Too much durst in room. This hotel are highly paid to justdial, booking.com and makemytrip hence this hotel are showing on first page on search. Pls don't go with this hotel due to search on first page.
